Drawn Within

'Drawn Within' is part of my Galaxy Collection of textured abstract art that captures the depth and mystery of our own Galaxy. 'Drawn Within' depicts the concept of a Black Hole within Space. But just like the real Black Hole it is anything but empty space. Rather, it is a great amount of matter packed into a very small area. The result is a gravitational field so strong that nothing, not even light, can escape. This painting is inspired by the reality that there are the most fascinating objects in space.
