During a commission, I concentrate on infusing the client's vision with mine; creating a truly one-of-a-kind piece of art. This opportunity incorporates one-on-one collaboration and direct communication with the artist to create exclusive work.

What to Expect

STYLE + SUBJECT
'Inspiration for commissions generally comes from previous works completed by myself, or inspired by the client's own photographs. All commissions will be painted in my signature style with oil paints.



Typically, I begin the commission process by viewing the home or commercial space in person or virtually. Then, I will make recommendations for the space, taking into consideration sizing, colour, and subject.'

WHAT IS A COMMISSION?

A commission is a custom work of art created specifically for the client.

WHAT SUBJECTS CAN BE COMMISSIONED?

I accept landscape, seascapes, animal and abstract commissions. The commission can be inspired by an existing painting or a client’s photograph.

ARE COMMISSIONS FRAMED?

Frame options (black, white, natural wood, etc.) are possible for an additional fee. Frames typically add 4cms to the canvas size.

HOW MUCH IS THE COST?

All prices are based on the size of the painting and priced per square inch. Please read the Sales and Pricing Policy HERE

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING/DELIVERY COST?

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the painting. For shipments outside the Europe, please contact us directly for a quote. 

​IS THERE A DEPOSIT?

There is a 30% refundable deposit. The deposit is refundable at any point of the commission process, and can either be cancelled by myself or the client. The remaining 70% shall be paid upon completion of the painting. I will send an invoice electronically, which can be paid with a bank transfer, cheque, and/or cash.

WHAT IS THE TIMELINE?

After the 30% deposit is received, the client is added to the commission wait list. I work on commissions in the order they are received. Currently, the commission turnaround time is 3-6 months.
