Sales, Pricing & Collector Protection

I am deeply committed to safe, secure and transparent sales practices. As an independent artist, I understand the increasing risks associated with online transactions and have personally experienced internet fraud. This page outlines the steps I have taken to protect you as a collector, and to protect myself as a seller.

Why I No Longer Sell via Online Galleries

To ensure full security for both parties, I no longer sell through online galleries or third-party platforms. These platforms do not offer the same level of transactional clarity or security that I can provide through direct communication and confirmed sales.

All paintings are sold exclusively through direct contact with me, or directly through professional  Gallery representation. This ensures:

  • Complete price transparency

  • Secure transactions

  • Authentic provenance and ownership

  • Full communication before and after purchase

Safe & Secure Payment

  • All payments are made via direct bank transfer into my Wise Business Account. Or directly through the Gallery Owner.

  • Full bank details will be provided once your purchase is confirmed

  • No third-party payment processors are used

  • Your purchase and payment are secure and protected

  • Payment plans are available on request.

Delivery & Insurance

  • Free delivery within Europe for any purchase over €600

  • All deliveries are fully insured for loss or damage

  • International collectors will receive a personal delivery quote before purchase, which includes:

    • Cost of shipping

    • Full insurance coverage

    • No added fees or mark-up

Returns & Refunds

I want you to be fully satisfied with your painting. If for any reason you wish to return a piece:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt

  • A full refund will be given, minus:

    • Cost of outbound delivery

    • Cost of return shipping

    • Cost of insurance (for both directions)

  • The artwork must be returned in original condition and with adequate protection

Commissions

I welcome commissions that are aligned with my artistic style and symbolic vision.

Commission Process:

  1. Initial Conversation: A call or email to discuss your ideas, theme, and colour preferences.

  2. Quotation: A clear price is given based on size, complexity, and delivery destination.

  3. Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your commission slot.

  4. Creation Timeline: I will offer a timeframe and progress updates.

  5. Final Payment & Delivery: Upon completion, the remaining balance is due before shipment.

All commissions include:

  • A signed certificate of authenticity

  • Full delivery insurance

  • Transparent communication throughout the creative journey

All artworks, images, and written material on this site remain my intellectual property. Purchasing an original piece or a print grants you the joy of owning the artwork, yet the copyright, reproduction rights, and licensing rights remain with me as the artist. No image may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without my written permission. This protects the integrity of the work and ensures that each piece continues to be held with the respect and intention with which it was created.
